I can't believe one of the Duke lax players who wasn't even indicted filed a civil suit because he got an F in a class.  He wants $60,000 dollars for getting an F.  He was a C student to begin with.  Duke U changed his grade to a D so he could graduate.  I believe he was dumb to begin with. 

Mr. Shabazz who is a DC attorney as well as the leader of the New Black Panthers said he would be attending every hearing from now on as well as the trial.

This case is very bizarre.

The baby was born already.  Who knows when that child was conceived. 

The blog was shut down becausse of false posters.  I was expecting that after a certain poster began doing that almost from the beginning.  I did my first blog there and was called an ignorant ass by this man.  What could anyone expect.  After counting at least 6 false personas from him I did a few myself. 

It just became rants from him because he went out of control being outdone by me on a constant basis.  Perhaps if we discuss the case on this message board, he won't find us.

I have a lot of information on the case I would like to share.

The victim changes her story again.  Hopefully both her and Nifong will be charged criminally for continuing to carry through with this bullshit charge.

I happen to know victims of any crime change their statements more than once before going to trial.  Actually, you could call them statements, but what they are are reports.  Over time more details become clear.  This can happen with any crime. Homicides,  Robbery's , Home Invasion Robbery s , Burglaries as to what was damaged and what was stolen, and on and on.  Victims and witnesses are interviewed over and over again before the real story comes together for trial.  In Sexual Offense cases it can happen even more.  This newest statement, which is disgusting to say the least, is no doubt getting very close to how she will end up testifying in court, maybe.  She could not have made that stuff up.  I believe her.

Now, due to the fact Mr. Nifong had to recuse himself because of a conflict and opened his file to the state prosecutors, it appears he feels he has nothing to worry about.  The state is taking the case.  The victim wants to go forward.  I believe there will be a trial and these animals will not get away with what they did.
