All the serious scientific research has demonstrated that homosexuality is indeed biological. “Going insane”, in contrast, is usually considered mental. As “going insane” is undefined, however, that may be open to interpretation.

There is also some evidence that rabid anti homosexual ravings hide homosexual tendencies or traits in the ranter.

I disagree with the "modern" scientific theory. I think homosexuality is a learned behavior. It is not "instinctive" as suggested. It is always nice to put a "PC" spin on things to make us behave in-line with the morals of society. But fact of the matter is sexual drive is instinctive...figuring where to put it is learned behavior.

I don't know how many of my girlfriend's gay friends I have to hear it from. They all feel it was a natural thing and that most of them were in denial about it. They eventually stopped caring about the hair on their balls, and began worrying about the hair on their asses.

Having sex with a sexually MATURE female is Natural LAW. That occurs at puberty. There is nothing Morally wrong with having sex with a thirteen year-old if she is menstruating AS LONG AS THE INTENT IS NOT SELFISHNESS. There is a natural tendency in men to search for innocence which in females is virginity. The U.S. Penal Code is there for the majority which hurts the minority. When the fruit is RIPE, then it can be picked-- NOT before.

While I believe that NJ's age of consent is 13 yo, If my daughter decided to have sex with an older man at the age of 13, I would kick her ass and gut out the guy.

David that is not true. A 13 yr old is not sexually mature. Women are not "designed" to carry children until they have reached a stronger physical age. That is usually closer to their middle to late teens. A 13 yr old is just not ready to have sex. They might have the equipment but the site is still being constructed.

It is also wrong because a 13 yr old is not mentally mature enough or emotionally mature enough to make good decisions. Too many girls have been screwed up for life because of having premature sex.

And of course, you realize the moral and legal implications of what you said. All jurisdictions I know of deem 13 underage. That means this is pedophilia. And there can be no justification for molesting kids. Especially by someone with a young child of his own.

The operative word is "someone he THOUGHT was 14." I'm amazed that no one has gotten up in arms at the methods used to snare these folks. I have a MySpace page and am constantly getting messages, 2 or 3 a day, from writers claiming they are 12, 13, 16-year-old girls who "thought my profile was interesting." I'm 57 myself and know no teenager is going to get excited about what interests me, except perhaps that I may have money. I've taken to replying to these "dear officer." That someone is stupid enough to get caught in this type of sting is amazing. None of us have any control over what we fantasize about during any type of sexual activity. To exploit this by luring people who would no more act on their fantasy than they'd rob a bank if left to their own devices is entrapment, illegal in the United States. I guess making a show of arresting these poor bastards makes idiot parents feel like someone is actually doing something about child rape. This is an illusion, as the news lets us know daily, because real child rapists are hard at work and they usually murder after their lust is sated. Ultimately, though, what actually happens to the dumb bastard who writes a dirty letter to a cop on the internet? In a legal sense he hasn't done anything to anyone. If he has a job, as is true in this case, he loses it and probably  has some trouble getting another certainly at the same pay scale. He winds up on welfare and we all pay to keep him. Like so many "crimes" in the United States, this is a medical/psychological  problem which cannot be solves with punitive measures. Molesters are the victims of molesters and on and on.  Fantasy is not a crime and is the stuff of 90% of the Internet's content.
