Aw the wonderful ecosystem of Apple where Customer Service is #1 blah blah blah but only if you play according to their rules. Apple loves to go out of its way to brick anything that doesn't follow its orders but it appears that some are starting to speak out:


This person will of course get two to the head tomorrow but on a related note I do own an iPod Touch but when I attempted to download my Digital copy of The Dark Knight which never downloaded in iTunes. After a long series of e-mails which explained mundane things such as locating files on my computer etc... I finally said and I quote "I am not some Apple fanboy that will **just go away... give me my copy that I rightfully paid for..." the next e-mail contained the code which did download this time. Moral of the story I think every customer service department is trained by same person regardless of company... right Scott?
