I wonder how much our taxes from WORK, compare to ALL the hidden taxes you PAY.

So, a person making about $7-10 per hour is MAKING MORE then a person getting $20 per hour working for a COMPANY, that pays those few other taxes...  OK..

Property taxes are paid indirectly, often with several families living in one residence, which hardly compensates under prop 13.

Property tax??  you live with more then 1 family in a home?
Some mex families do..
Property TAX is part of RENT..if you OWN it, you will see it, and is generally about 1/3 of a YEARS rent.

I don't understand your argument by comparing someone making less than $10 an hour to a person getting $20 per hour working for a Company--doesn't make sense at all

 
lets see if I can get you to understand this..  a SMALL family business, the employees get MOST of the CHARGE to the customer..$7-10 per hour..

Larger companies, tend to charge you $40 per hour...and you MIGHT get 1-2 people to do the job.  <1/2 of the charge is PAYMENT to the employees..  BECAUSE ITS CALLED OVER HEAD, and you are paying 2 OTHERS to do paper work.

Illegal immigrants are not barred from certain public benefits such as welfare, medical and legal representation. Their children born in the U.S. do qualify for benefits.

Lets see..  NO ID, NO PROOF of anything...and they can get stuff??  I COULDNT GET THE POWER TURNED ON WITH OUT MY SS# and going to the MAIN office and showing PICTURE ID.  Why not find those SELLING THE ID...

To me, when there is a relatively small percentage of the population who are illegal and working under the table, it's not something that many would concern themselves about. But when some 12 to 20 million illegals are here it's a significant issue.

I really dont need to say much here...except 1 work/country.  EUROPE..  HOW about 2..S. america..  3? words??  CHINA...MORE MORE...Middle east, ASIA, AFRICA..  ALL HAVE MULTI LANGUAGES...  and you are saying they are(fill in the blank)...

USUALLY, have a family life WHERE NO ONE IS HOME..because they are WORKING to make ends meet...  NO ONE TO GUIDE THEM, ANSWER QUESTIONS, TALK TO THEM...  NOTHING TO DO, except STARE AT TV..

and those that drive around without insurance to name but a few social impacts.

Ok...think hard now..I know its hard..  I live on Social security...can you guess WHAT I pay out to LIVE month to month?  NOW guess how much I GET...NOW guess how much DOES NOT GET PAID..  Iv been on SSD for over 10 years..I get $800 per month.

I will let you do the math for persons getting PAID $7-10 per hour..  Tell me where Im wrong..OK?

FULL TIME??  I HOPE SO!  thats $400 per week, $1600 per month..  $1200 to take home.

RENT??  THATS 1/2 your check if not more.  IT SHOULD BE 1/4-1/3..NOT 1/2.

Water
About $300-400 PER MONTH..  A cheaper HOUSE costs more to heat/cool/power then a GOOD insulated house.

FOOD?  $150 per month for 1, $50 for EACH after..(2 persons 150+50)

CAR?  JUST TO WORK, and for FOOD and paying bills...
GAS $50+
INSURANCE $75-100..

Thats $1200
NO CABLE
NO COMPUTER
NO INTERNET
NO GAMES
NOTHING LEFT TO SPEND on buying anything...interesting isnt it?
And as a capitalist GROUP, corps WANT US TO SPEND MONEY...

WHERE?  WHAT MONEY??

 A couple of points:
-the price of gasoline is more than 50% included taxes in most states and provinces
- I have met many American immigrants during my decade and a half of delivering Canadian exports into the USA. I was told at one of the tree nurseries in Massachusetts, that many of the workers are not from Mexico, but are from a variety of countries further South.
- at a cast iron foundry in Alabama I found a woman's SS Card laying on the dirt road beside the loading dock, so I turned in to the Shipping Supv. who did not seem at all concerned about the fact it was just laying on the ground out in the open!
- some of these so called Mexicans are in fact Pakistanis. I met one running a soup and sandwich bar, that had left Canada and set up shop in Cleveland, Ohio. I knew him as a convenience store operator in my home city, so I asked him what he was doing there! He replied he was not making enough money in southern Ontario so left!
- working illegally in the USA carries a jail term, but no fine. It is apparent to me that this law is not being applied!

Go back into congress, and see..
we SUBSIDIZE oil discovery to the OIL corps..

Go look at the bills, that are passed, and the Addons, to give money to groups and states that have NOTHING to do with the bills..  Money which if LOOKED AT, is not considered in WHERE the money goes and is considered PAYOFFS.

Look back over the last 10-20 years, whee the GOV. paid corps to build/house goods for war..NONE were ever made or housed..  They were MADE AT THE TIME NEEDED...hmmm?

Then how about TOP SALARIES in government, WHICH you may not find on the internet.  The admin in charge of the VETS, gets over $300,000 per year.

How about, WE pay for the retirement and medical that our Representatives get?  EQUAL to there pay..

How about money given to farmers that REALLY dont get to them, as MOST farms are owned by corps?

The USA lost about 1/3 of its Jobs 20-30 years ago...NOT RECENTLY.  To many laws created back then for pollution controls.

When job wages at the TOP went up 10-100 TIMES, those on the middle and bottom,  DIDNT MOVE.  In the last 10 years they went up $2,,from $5.  60% of the USA works for LESS THEN $10 per hour..  That from the Bureau of labor and statistics..

And my previous post wasnt on MEX totally...IF you want to work under the table, TRY IT..  but you will work FOR LESS...about 30% less.

Understand something strange..

WE arent fighting OVER LOW PAYING JOBS..
WE are trying to make a FAIR living..FAIR PAY.. 
Let Mex and others have the low paying jobs..but THEY cant live in DECENT HOUSING, pay bills, DRIVE...unless they have 2-4 families ALL HELPING..pooling money.

THERE are solutions..but many of then call for TOP WAGES having TOP TAXES..

NO min wage..
MAXIMUM TOP WAGE..
it wont happen.

Raise the COST of CRUDE OIL...not the STOCK prices, the RAW prices.  MAKE shipping COST MONEY.

The problem??  WHO is getting the money?
In a BUYING BASED society..  ITS THE BUYERS...if we dont have the MONEY to buy stuff, what happens?
IF we dont have money, to EVALUATE and BUY the better products?  WE BUY CRAP.

Its been happening for 20 years..MAKE THINGS BREAK..so the consumer has to buy AGAIN, and AGAIN...  it keeps the POOR BROKE..middle class ends up on the BOTTOM..
